<description>I agree 100%!!! We are mocing into a spec home, and they ONLY offer knockdown texture as an option. They will ot do smooth, and want to charge us anotehr $8,000 to do pull trowel :(. My husband and I are very bummed about this as we paid to have smooth walls in our last house from knockdown. Is there a cheaper option? Maybe after taping, just priming and painting the walls intated of &quot;smooth mudding&quot; to save costs? We very much dislike knockdoen and are despertae :(</description>
